I found many people were buying camera kits that appeared cheap and relatively easy to install. However, they were severely disappointed with the video quality when a crime happened. In some cases, you couldn’t even tell whether it was a man or a woman!
People were also disappointed with repeated connectivity issues, early failures, and ongoing cloud costs, which can get up to $1,300+ over five years.
My goal is to help our readers avoid the junk and get a quality, reliable security camera system at a great price. I also believe it is vital to keep the security camera advice independent from the businesses selling the product.
